Three Palms at Ventura Beach - isn't it just perfect?

• Is smoking permitted in the condo?
• Smoking is not allowed inside the condo at any time.
• Can I bring my pet with me on vacation?
• With a $250 fee, some animals are allowed inside the condo. The fee is a recurring monthly payment for longer stays. It is a nonrefundable fee per pet, per month.
• Can we have large family reunions?
• Both units can be rented and thus have room to sleep 16 people. This would allow your family to take advantage of both sides of the large backyard with fantastic barbecue facilities!
• What is the Transient Occupancy Tax?
• The Transient Occupancy Tax is a fee required by the City of Ventura for stays that are not longer than 30 days. It is 10% of the rental price. For stays over 30 days, no Transient Occupancy Tax is required.
